Volvemos a San Agustín

La Junta de Gobierno ha decidido que la mañana del domingo 2 de octubre sea la fecha en la que nuestros Sagrados Titulares regresen a casa, en un traslado que se hará de manera pública y con las imágenes portadas en andas. Esta fecha no es casual puesto que en la eucaristía de doce se da comienzo al curso pastoral de nuestra Parroquia de San Agustín.

La Hermandad cuenta con el apoyo entusiasta de la comisión pastoral que ve en este traslado una magnífica oportunidad de reforzar lazos entre la comunidad parroquial y como punto de partida para el proyecto de reconstrucción del templo. Igualmente se cuenta con el visto bueno de la Delegación Diocesana de Hermandades y Cofradía.

Será a las nueve y media de la mañana cuando dé comienzo el traslado que llevará al Santísimo Cristo de la Bondad y a Nuestra Señora de la Oliva de vuelta a nuestra sede canónica, para estar a las once y media en nuestra parroquia de cara al comienzo de la celebración eucarística.

Las calles a recorrer, trazado en pro de agilizar el regreso a nuestro templo, serán las siguientes: Salida de Santiago, Plaza del Derribo, Alcalá y Orti, Plaza de Cervantes, Plazuela, Mairena, Santa Ana, Avenida Antonio Mairena, Sargento Vasallo, Aragón, Canarias, Párroco Lara Araujo, Santander, Párroco José Luis Portillo y entrada en San Agustín.

El cortejo estará formado multitudinariamente por los niños de catequesis de Primera Comunión, precedidos por la Cruz Parroquial. Tras ellos formarán varias parejas de hermanos con cirio, presidencia, cuerpo de acólitos y las andas con la imagen del Señor. Tras Él, y abriendo el cortejo de la Virgen, se ubicará el banderín de San Agustín, tramo de hermanos con cirio, representaciones de las distintas hermandades y asociaciones de nuestra parroquia, estandarte de la Hermandad, presidencia, cuerpo de acólitos y andas con la imagen de la Virgen de la Oliva.

Con este traslado se pone punto y final a dos meses y medio de permanencia de nuestros Sagrados Titulares en la Parroquia de Santiago tras el desplome, el pasado 17 de julio, de parte del techo del templo de San Agustín. Tras la intervención de urgencia realizada y a la espera del proyecto de reconstrucción, la parroquia quedará abierta al culto con normalidad a partir de este sábado 17 de septiembre.

Reparto de papeletas de sitio

Los días 28, 29 y 30 de septiembre, de 19:30 a 21 horas se realizará el reparto de papeletas de sitio, estableciéndose un número máximo de 40 cirios (20 parejas). El donativo será voluntario para aquel que desee colaborar, destinándose éste a los fondos para la reconstrucción del techo del templo.

Convivencia pro-restauración del techo de San Agustín

Tras la conclusión de la Eucaristía, los jardines de la parroquia acogerán una convivencia cuyos beneficios se destinarán íntegramente a la restauración del techo del templo, una obra que supondrá un gran esfuerzo para todos los que formamos la Comunidad Parroquial de San Agustín. Por ello invitamos a todos nuestros hermanos a colaborar con éste y con todos los proyectos que surjan a partir de ahora en torno a la reconstrucción de la que es nuestra casa.
